Salvator Developments (Proprietary) Limited was founded and registered in 2016, by the two directors of the company, Martin and Natasha Bezuidenhout, who – between the two of them – have more than thirty-five years’ extensive experience in the property development, town planning, civil and structural engineering and design field.

Natasha started her career at one of the largest metropolitan municipalities in the world, namely the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, during which she was made an offer by the oldest standing town planning firm in Pretoria to start work as an Assistant Town Planner.
She quickly progressed to handling her own town planning projects and was then appointed by another town planning company as the chief town planner of the firm. After that, she was approached to start a new town planning department at a well-established land surveying firm, where she assisted with the latter as well, before deciding to start her own town planning and project management company.

Martin’s career started with training at a South Africa’s engineering company, where he attended and passed courses in Basis Mechanical draughting, Piping and Advanced Structural Steelwork.
He has advanced to one of the leading steelwork and concrete civil and structural designers in the industry, having partake in the design, Modelling , detailing and overseen many large-scale structures for mining companies, shopping centres, commercial, office and housing buildings, etc.
Martin and Natasha decided to combine their experience in the field, to incorporate their knowledge into one company and to enable to provide their clients with the best service in the industry, offering knowledge and experience in all fields of the industry, from A to Z.
Over the years, close bonds have been formed with various other consultants in the industry, which – until this day – vow their loyalty to them and the company to assist in giving the best service in the field.
